How can I book more than 1 ticket at the same time

You can get in touch with our office and we will send you a registration form which can fit 4 people and if you need more still simply photocopy the booking form to add more.

I made a booking, how can I confirm my seat?

Once you have made a booking, you will be notified that your seat has been reserved whilst we await payment confirmation from your end.

Do you have coupon for accommodation?

Special arrangements can be made for those who are coming in from out of town or for international delegates, Please get in touch with our offices so that we can give you details

Are your courses accredited?

We are fully accredited by MICT SETA and our programs come with unit standards. Kindly get in touch to get full details on the number of points for each training program.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Mainly EFT's, Credit cards and direct cash deposits, However w do accept cash on the first day of the event if we are notified in advance

What happens if i am not able to attend after booking

If you are unable to attend the training course for which you have registered, you may send a substitute free of charge. If you cannot send a substitute or otherwise need to cancel your class registration, please provide written notice to us via e-mail.  Cancellation requests received by ABS INTERNATIONAL twenty-one (21) days or more prior to the course start date will receive full credit for use in another future course with no time limit.

I have special meal requirements i.e Halal, Kosher

It is important that if you have special needs that you inform us in good time before the event or preferably immediately upon registration as such arrangements might require us to notify the host venue in advance.
